One of my ultimate goals is to own a house in Ireland. The housing market makes you want to scream, but I’ve decided the way is forward; step by step.

There’s something comforting about a warm bowl of soup, whether it’s a chilly day or a bright summer’s day. This Finnish Minced Meat Soup is the ultimate cosy meal for any occasion! There are probably as many recipes as there are cooks, but my version uses minced beef, hearty vegetables, and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
