Serve a Community, Gain a COMMUNITY 👥🫂
Grateful for these words, Jojo 💜✍🏻
“It is with deep love, admiration, and gratitude that we honor Leo Ayrault with this year’s Heart of the Community Award, recognizing a man whose compassion, integrity, leadership, and quiet strength have touched this mission, and so many lives within it.
Professionally, Leo owns his own creative company, Reality Tell Your Vision, and is widely respected as a gifted creative, storyteller, and visionary. He is someone whose work has helped individuals, brands, and organizations bring their stories to life with
authenticity and impact. Through his creative leadership, he has built a reputation not only for excellence, but for the way he helps others feel seen. That is part of what makes his photography/videography/storytelling work so powerful.
In additional to his professional talent, what makes Leo extraordinary is the depth of his character.
It is the way he brings his gifts in service to others, and it is in the way he shows up.
From the moment he stepped into the world of , he brought something deeply grounding with him, a kindness and honorableness that asks for nothing in return, a steadiness that calms a room, and a generosity of spirit that makes people feel safe for survivors, safety is not an abstract idea, it is something deeply felt. It lives in tone, in presence, in trust. And, Leo carries the kind of presence that is trustworthy and safe. He has shown up for this mission and survivors with humility, heart, and unwavering support. He has used his encouragement, and his creative gifts, to help strengthen this work, help tell its story, and help this community feel more connected to the people we serve. Leo is also a devoted husband and loving father, and the way he loves his family reflects the same character he brings to the world, tender, respectful,, and deeply rooted in integrity. Through his leadership, compassion, creativity, and extraordinary heart for others, he has become part of the hope we carry. We are proud to honor Leo Ayrault with the Heart of the Community Award, and profoundly grateful to call him one of our own.” 🪽
