The Ramos Gin Fizz 🍦

This Drink is probably the most annoying thing to make. Not only is it difficult to get the perfect soufflé on Top, but getting a good picture of it before it collapses is even more difficult! Luckily the taste more than makes up for all of the nonsense, and it’s a great delicious drink! 🤤

( My preferred ) Ramos 🥚

GINSTR Stuttgart Dry Gin: 50ml
Lemon Juice: 10ml
Lime Juice: 10ml
Cream: 25ml
Egg White: 25ml
Sugs: 30ml
Orange Flower Water: 2 Dashes
Soda Water: Top

Way: Shake
Garnish: 🍋 Zest ( Discard )

Our Barrel Aged Gin matured in the original winning barrel of the German Red Wine Award. A piece of the barrel is included in the exclusive collector's box. Each piece is unique!
A soft, full-bodied and unique taste that combines the quality of GINSTR with one of the best red wines in the world. Young winemaker Christian Escher has previously aged his Zweigelt Goldréserve 2015 in the barrel used for this edition. For this wine creation he was awarded the German Red Wine Award 2017.
Our GINSTR - Barrel Aged Gin was also given a special award by Meininger (Mixology Magazine) and received the Gold Medal at the International Spirits Award as well as the Wood Barrel Aged Gin of the Year award!

Botanicals: Juniper, Citrus fruits, Orange Blossoms, Elderflower, Cardamom, Rosemary and 40 other Best Ingredients.
