畢業於傳理學系，現於大機構工作，兼任公司多媒體製作。曾任網頁創作編輯、網頁設計師、及後於大型網頁公司擔任網頁設計助理暨責任編輯，有豐富的平面設計經驗及知識。執相機約二十年，由菲林時代開始，由於鐘情數碼攝影的多變及自由，現全任雙修，皆有心得。及後進修時兼職電台新聞部影片剪輯師，現時亦有為公司製作劇本及錄影，具相影片編修知識及錄製經驗及創意。
