2026年4月17至19日，第50周年金禧版的香港國際七人欖球賽在啟德體育園主場館圓滿結束，吸引超過11萬人次入場，創下新紀錄。南非男子隊首度在香港封王，新西蘭女子隊則延續強勢，連續第四年在港稱霸。

男子組（SVNS世界七人欖球錦標賽）

冠軍：南非（Blitzboks）——決賽以 35:7 大勝阿根廷，首次在香港奪冠，表現壓倒性強勢。
亞軍：阿根廷
季軍：西班牙 —— 季軍戰以 32:28 擊敗紐西蘭，爆冷取勝。

女子組（SVNS世界七人欖球錦標賽）

冠軍：紐西蘭（Black Ferns）——決賽以 19:14 險勝澳洲，完成在港四連霸，繼續保持不敗紀錄。
亞軍：澳洲
季軍：法國 —— 季軍戰以 31:7 大勝加拿大。

Melrose銀劍賽（本地及發展組別）
男子組：香港隊以 19:15 反勝日本，成功衛冕三連霸。
女子組：丹麥以 17:14 擊敗泰國奪冠。

今屆賽事精彩紛呈，現場氣氛火熱，南非與紐西蘭分別成為最大贏家。香港隊在銀劍賽的表現亦為本地球迷帶來不少驚喜！
