很多人以為大畫幅相機是「進階玩家才碰的東西」。
但在歐美許多藝術大學，大畫幅反而是攝影的入門課，不是進階課。
原因很簡單：它會強迫你在按下快門之前，把所有事情都想清楚。
構圖、對焦、景深、移軸，每一個步驟都必須手動完成，沒有自動模式，也沒有連拍。你只有一張底片，所以你必須確定。
這種「強迫你思考」的過程，其實是在訓練你怎麼看畫面、怎麼做決定。一旦這個習慣建立起來，不管你之後用什麼相機拍照，都會不一樣。
這也是我開這個課的原因，不只是教你操作一台相機，而是帶你走過一次完整的大畫幅拍攝流程，讓你親身感受這種創作方式跟你現在拍照有什麼不同。
