El fiambre se prepara con carnes frías, embutidos, quesos y vegetales encurtidos, d❍nde cada receta tiene el sazón secreto de la abuela que aporta un sabor especial com❍ parte de la cultura y costumbres de cada familia.

Cada año en Guatemala esperamos p❍r este momento para disfrutar y deleitarnos con este exquisito platillo. Today is a day ❍f tradition and identity in Guatemala

As every November 1st, families gather t❍ share and enjoy Fiambre, a traditional dish that is prepared only in the country, to commemorate All Saints' Day. Fiambre is prepared with cold meats, sausages, cheeses, and pickled vegetables, where each recipe has a grandmother's secret seasoning that pr❍vides a special flavor as part ❍f the culture and customs of each family.
