We hate saying āNoā - Public Service Announcement.
Dear couples planning on a Zante wedding. Zante is small, vendors are few and as such, we are limited as to our availability.
We're seeing people asking for recommendations for their wedding less than a year away. Weāve seen a number comments on fellow Wedding Vendorsā posts lately from group members saying something similar to āWeāre going to book you for next Juneā. While thatās a lovely thing to read for any of us, if you havenāt actually enquired directly, thereās no guarantee that vendor will actually be available for your day. Whatās more, the longer you leave it to get in touch, the greater chance that youāre not going to be able to book them.
Personally, here at Swoon, weāve had to say no to 4 couples just these past 7 days. Three of whom have had us on their list to book for over 12 months.
The moral of the story is, if you want a particular vendor for your wedding, whether itās Videography, Photography, DJ, Entertainment, Cars, Flowers, or anything else, if you havenāt actually booked us, thereās no guarantee that weāll be available for your day.
Weāre booking through 2028 already and weāre certain all other vendors are too.
