1.

An ID card is required for pickup or delivery
2. All items must be duly paid to guarantee availability on date of rental.
3. Rental is daily (from 8AM to 10pm on day of rental)
4. Items can be picked up or delivered the night before if item is required a little bit earlier (After 7PM, if item is not already gone out).
5. Items picked up the night before must be returned by 10pm the following day w

ithout fail (penalties apply).
5. Items picked up in the morning on day of rental must be returned by 10pm on same day or 7:40am the following day without fail (penalties apply).
5. All rented items are not refundable unless there is a fault or problem which prevents usage already present when item was received.
6. Renter will perform an inspection before item is taken away, all faulty items will either be replaced or noted (when it does not prevent proper usage of item).
7. If a faulty item is missed during inspection and rentee identifies this during usage, they should be reported to renter (KromeRentals) immediately problem is identified.
8. All faulty or unusable rental items must be returned to KromeRentals within 2hrs max of renting those items
(items not returned after this window will only be partially refunded depending on duration item was away)
9. All damaged items will be replaced or fixed at the cost of the rentee/client.
10. Late returns carry a penalty determined by Renter (usually first 1-2 hrs 50gh, 3-4hrs 50% of rental item,
thereafter 100%, client will be made to pay full day if there is a pending rental on item and the delay caused lost revenue)
