a HUGE Happy Birthday shoutout to my kaibigan of 6 years, Katie Frondarina! When it comes to my top favorites who I've ever worked with, Katie is on that list and for the 6 times we worked together (5 solos, 1 meetup) since June 2018, it's what made our pro and personal relationship stronger. Katie is also one of the most inspirational kaibigans I've ever known, with her motivational words of wisdom, plus her fitness lifestyle that is also mixed with her martial arts background. Because I've gotten along with Filipinos since 1995, we've bonded so quickly! I appreciate you always my kaigiban, and I hope you have a wonderful birthday! Plus I hope to visit you in CO sometime next year, and when you revisited Atlanta back in February and being my 1st shoot this year, that was my FAVORITE of them all, and my favorite shoot in 2024 by far!

Gotta give a big happy 30th birthday shoutout to Jackie Clark! These images below are from her birthday shoot last year at Providence Canyon State Park which was the 4th road trip shoot I ever did! Jackie and I have known each other for 8 years after first knowing of me when seeing the images of the first shoot I did with Bam Stone that same 2016 year. Since Jackie already had a ballet and acting background, she just got into modeling and Bam taught her all the right moves. Despite plans to shoot since 2016, we wouldn't finally meet until 2018 when she was 2 months pregnant with her daughter Malibu and since then, Jackie and I have worked together 6 times so far with almost every shoot we did she submitted to these online magazines that got us published, and not only she's one of the very few models I've also developed a personal relationship with, but I'm also grateful that she's the only model to date that considers me her personal favorite visual artist (since I don't label myself as just a photographer). When she said that to me, I felt even more grateful because I often say that I don't want to be the best, but I try my best and while we can't please everybody, those of us that we do please will see us as their personal artistic OGs or legends. This also includes my clients. And just like many relationships, there's have been some agreements/disagreements between Jackie and I, but the unconditional love and mutual respect for each other keeps us going. Thank you Jackie and Happy Birthday!

This year I haven't been too active in artistic content, especially photography, due to my 2024 goals to revamp my business with several investments got canceled, due to a certain someone's former job situations and I was dragged into it and they're taking too much $$ out of me, but I'm still grateful for the 4 shoots (3 model tfp, one impromptu with a friend), and one booked video session I've done so far. Hopefully I'll try again in 2025 when that situation is over. I'm still available for booking, but my schedule is limited.

Last year, I decided to return to model phtography despite it was often TFP (except JAckie Clark who I had to book), which I wanted to avoid 99%. But if it wasn't for the model photography work for the past 12 years, it wouldn't have attracted actual clients. So last year I made a post in a Atlanta Model/Photographer group, and out of the few people who replied, MonaeAdore got my attention the most, due to her fitting my current standards now for model work. I enjoyed the 3-look shoot we did, this was the 3rd look and she posed with my umbrella as well. Also, credit to her mom for also being assistant during the shoot, especially with the bubble machine. This was my 3rd shoot this year.

Today, I had my 3rd photoshoot which was also my 1st studio shoot this year. Shoutout to Monae Adore because last year when I did announce that i was making my comeback to Model Photography (despite it being unpaid work and I focus more on clients), this time around I wanted to get inspired by photographers like for example who gets actual bookings or commissions for his model photography work, and that I now have my standards on which talent I actually want to work with who fits my portfolio, while i also restudy lighting techniques, poses, and retouching. When I made a post in the Atlanta Models group last year, out of the few who responded, Monae got my interest the most because of her portfolio and versatility. That was last year, and fast forward to today when it finally happened. I enjoyed the chemistry we got, and despite I'm still bummed out that the studio charged me extra for showing up an hour early because I wanted to test the lights and I had nowhere else to chill before the actual appointment time, it's all good. But I enjoyed it overall.

I need to give a very special Happy Birthday shoutout to my longtime friend Rita Xaysettha.
As you can see, we have a history going back since February 2016 when she found me on IG after I was formerly friends with a fellow phographer that took her under his wing. We eventually had our 1st solo shoot in April of that year (left pic with blue hair), and we wouldn't have another solo shoot until last year after making a modeling return (right pic). Although we actually worked together 4 times, the other 2 were from meetups/workshops in 2016 during my days attending them.
I've always loved Rita's personality which she can be funny but also energetic, and that's how our chemistry is like. Also happy birthday to her daughter as well.
