My thoughts on the September scone of the month 🍫🍒

I'm not actually a big fan of cherries or dark chocolate, but this was genuinely much better than I thought it would be!

It's definitely super messy to eat; I needed lots of napkins. 🤣

I loved having it with butter, jam, and clotted cream (I had one half with cream first and the other half with jam first).

I've seen some of your lovely photos with generous amounts of chocolate on top, which sadly I didn't get this time... but I think that means I should go again and have another? 👀

I think I was so spoiled with the carrot cake and blueberry scones that September had a lot to live up to!

Still very glad I had it though 🥰

Good morning lovely scone fans! 🫐

How were the thunderstorms for you?

Today, is technically the last day to get the blueberry and oat scone (It has been confirmed that some National Trust sites are already offering September's scone 👀🍒🍫)

I'm having mine at home today, with some jam, butter and a big cup of tea!

I hope you've all had a lovely bank holiday weekend and I'll see you in September

It's now the bank holiday weekend 🥳

Hopefully it won't be too rainy and everyone can enjoy it (maybe at a National Trust and get a scone?)
