You don’t need to know how to pose. You also don’t need a baby who sits still or smiles on cue.

You just need to turn up, cuddle your little one, interact, play and soak up these moments while they’re still this little.

I’ll take care of the rest, even if that means singing (or humming!) to nursery rhymes for the hundredth time. 🤍

Because one day, these ordinary little moments will be the ones you miss the most, trust me, I know.

Some of the most beautiful moments happen when we stop asking children to perform. 🤍

There was no pressure to smile, no expectation to sit still, and no need to look at the camera.

Just a little boy, free to play and a mum, fully present, just spending time with her boy.

I gently guide in my sessions. I create space for children to explore, to have fun, to be unapologetically themselves.

Some BTS of my maternity session in Bath and a snippet into how I get those natural photos.

It might seem like just a chat, but it’s actually one of my favourite parts of every session.

Because when you’re laughing, reminiscing, or chatting about the little things, you stop thinking about where your hands are or whether you’re smiling “correctly.”

That’s when the real moments happen.

My job isn’t just to take beautiful photographs, it’s to create a space where you feel comfortable enough to simply be yourselves and that’s usually when I snap away. ✨📸
