2026 has brought me lots of new opportunities and clients thus far, many of which I never would have envisioned just a few months back.

Here’s a short round up of some (not all!) of the lovely jobs that have taken me away from my normal newborn and family work this year. All of which have evolved organically and naturally and were never on the vision board for the year but I have absolutely loved being a part of.

I’m pleased to say that my diary for the next few weeks is packed full or newborns, cake smashes and families though, just to keep the balance 😉

Celebrate their first birthday in style!

I advise booking a date around 3 weeks before their actual birthday so that I can have your gallery of images edited and over to you in good time before their big day.

Everything is provided, from the cake, balloon, props and outfits. You just turn up on the day with baby and everything else is ready to go. Super easy and so much fun!

Also, my newborn clients get 10% off if you come back to me for their first birthday photoshoot 💫 (which I love because I adore seeing how your little ones have grown up in a year!)

I’ve been busy sharing lots of other projects and photography jobs of late, but newborns are still at the heart of what I do and what still fills up the majority of my diary.

I’m very lucky with the opportunities that come my way, but nothing compares to photographing your precious newborn babies, being a small part this brand new chapter in your life and bring trusted with such a special responsibility.

I have a very busy end of June and whole of July for newborn bookings, so please do book in whilst still pregnant.

I can’t wait to meet you and your little one soon.

Bryony & Jovone 05.06.26

Last Friday I stepped away from the studio for the day to photograph Bryony and Jovone’s beautiful wedding at the stunning The Cheshire Venue🥂 in Sandbach.

It was a gorgeous, intimate, joyful day surrounded by their closest friends and family. Having photographed the couple previously (both a family photoshoot and product photography), it was such an honour to have been asked to be part of their special day.

Two proud big brothers - one calm and nurturing, the other a bundle of energy; both excited to have a third play mate to add to the family.

Calm, natural photos, not forced, but gently encouraged through play, to hold their baby brother’s hand, give a soft kiss or a gentle cuddle, all whilst letting their personalities and connection shine through.

Why? Because I want your photos to show them as they are, as you’ll remember them in years to come. I want you to not only have beautiful photos that reflect you and your family at this very moment, but for you to leave your photoshoot having felt relaxed and welcomed.

How cute is my Father’s Day set up from the weekend?!

Subtle and simple with just enough of a nod towards those super dads that our kids adore day in day out.

Of course the chair got dragged out of the way pretty quickly each time to make room for the swoops, tickles and upside down swinging by the ankles that always happens when the Dads are involved 😄

I’ve got no more of these sessions planned now as my weekends are absolutely chocka up until the end of August. However, if you missed out and are available midweek then I can squeeze you in.

It’s been a couple of months since I finally moved into the studio so thought it was about time I look back at all the hard work that went into it.

It was months of graft through winter, in the freezing cold. Painting, sanding, paneling, building walls, blocking up doors, adding more doors, more painting, lots of mistakes and decision changes on paint colours and layout and so much more I could go on.

There were moments where I seriously considered what I was taking on, massive overwhelm and regret, but out the other side it’s fantastic to finally have a much bigger space to work in and welcome families in to. Having the freedom and space to try new things and have that separation from home has been transformative to me and my business.

There’s still more to do. Lots of little touching up jobs, a new sofa, larger white flooring, then the next big job of renovating the upstairs attic room into a cosy office area to work in when I’m not shooting.

It’s been a project! But one that luckily my clients are loving as much as me and I’m so excited for all the photoshoots I’ve got booked in over the next few months in here.

There’s been lots going on at LPP the last few weeks! Here’s a little roundup:-

1. My new editing desk for the studio - a brilliant free Facebook find that fits the studio vibe perfectly 🙌
2. Lots of editing, to deliver cute photos like this one
3. Balancing work with school runs…and the best way to get to school - scooter and puppy power!
4. Prettying up outside of the studio. Hopefully I can keep these ones alive!
5. First birthday photoshoot fun. The best way to celebrate your little one’s first birthday.
6. A fun branding photoshoot for
7. A different sort of model in the studio to give my niece experience of photographing in the studio. She joined me all week for work experience.
8. I jumped in for a couple of headshots whilst I had the chance!
9. Finding time to switch off in my favourite place, with the family.

Missed the newborn stage? Don’t worry, I can photograph your baby as soon as you’re ready to book in.

Even at a few months old, with a gentle rock and soothing white noise, your baby may just fall asleep during their photoshoot, just like a newborn.
