POV: When you own a visuals business, and an ultra running club but you ask your partner to own social media for the entire event.

Proud of for going above and beyond this weekend in the name of DNF. Every single post was written and posted by Adelina whilst and I attempted to match energy on the start line.

To then also ensure everyone got photos, and that we had enough video to make a youtube video, really was no mean feet and I couldn’t be prouder to call her my partner.

A surreal couple of days filming for GiveBox across two of Amazon’s corporate offices for Global Volunteering Month. Volunteers packed literacy and baby essentials ready to be donated to local charities and families.

Walking back into Amazon, especially LHR16, as external contractors was a very weird but very proud full-circle moment. Returning to the company we started with after uni, now doing our own thing, is something we won’t forget anytime soon.

If your company wants to get involved with volunteering or donations but doesn’t know where to start, GiveBox will handle it all. You bring the volunteers, they’ll do the rest.

We’ve officially caught up on all the HYROX Cardiff content 😮‍💨

We also managed to properly switch off for a day to celebrate Adelina’s birthday.

RAW video sorting is up next 👀

Cardiff has definitely been one of our favourite venues to shoot at so far, and probably one of the best in terms of spectator facilities too. Maybe not the easiest venue for actually spectating the race itself, but at least we made it through the weekend without getting into any fights… hallelujah.

We’re genuinely so grateful that so many of you continue to trust us to capture your races. It’s also been really nice seeing familiar faces again, while meeting so many new ones along the way ♥️

Another break from Hyrox. Here’s a recent product shoot we did with Kings Gyms. They’ve just launched an incredible new women’s range, and we got straight to work capturing videos for launch day.

Our models were amazing, and the footage turned out as planned. More to come so keep your eyes peeled!

Been a while since we've been able to fly the drone (apparently it's not a winter activity) and so it was great to take it up in Lichfield for the Duke of York refurbishment. A stunning pub in the heat of lichfield that has outdoor seating for 300+.

With the clocks now adjusted and the lighter evenings upon us, we may have to venture back to this incredible renovation.

8 days at London Olympia done 🫠 wow, what a week!! Grateful for everyone that has booked us and for the continuous support 🫶🏻

Reminder to never ask James to do a voiceover again.. 🫠
Anyway, quick 2-week recap:

Started in Marbella trying to switch off and chase some sun… didn’t quite go to plan 😅
Then straight to Glasgow for a weekend filming some insane athletes (so grateful for everyone booking us 🫶🏻)

5-hour train back home, straight into editing mode for Adelina, a Mother’s Day Hyrox sim for James & at , a few more shoots squeezed in between for , & where we also met for an insightful evening

Almost caught up.. 🫠

Next stop: Hyrox EMEA London ✌🏻
