What was meant to be an hours journey resulted in a 3 hour drive due to traffic....but it was totally worth it as when we arrived it was quiet and the tide was low allowing us to explore the cliff areas. The water was calm and warm. We loved seeing the different layers in the cliffs too.

For those that want to visit Kimmeridge Bay please be careful when walking too close to the cliffs as every few minutes some stones drop.

We love the Jurassic Coast and all it has to offer. Everytime we go we end up finding a new spot to explore and the terrain is completely different.

The best way to reconnect with nature is through camping. Being surrounded by nature, hiking through trails, meeting sheep and cows along the way,watching the nightsky around a campfire and being joined by great company is what makes it even more special. We had so much to explore and see, our bellies were filled with laughter as we trekked through the yellow fields trying not to get stung by bees or burnt by nettle plants. It was one of many adventures that we won't forget.

One of the caves at Winspit Caves in Swanage. Some of the caves have fossils so always scout the rocky walls and ceilings. Swanage is part of the Jurassic Coast and we often find fossils in Swanage which makes this place so amazing as everytime we go we discover something new.
