One of the sadder stories I’ve encountered.

This woman on the left has Alzheimer’s. One day a real estate agent the family knew came round while she was home alone and convinced her to sign away the deeds to their penthouse home in Benahavis on the Costa del Sol.

The family were not aware and the next time they went out, they came back to the find the locks were changed and an alarm system installed.

A long long legal struggle ensued and my latest information is that their daughter’s house where they’ve been living has just been repossessed and the entire family is now homeless in Spain.
