It's been a busy year with the arrival of a beautiful new grandchild, now 14 months old, plus family and work commitments, so revamping my bedroom took almost a year. Decorating for the first time was therapeutic and it's been a lovely sanctuary since completion in July, especially now that winter is approaching. The 1st image is a photograph that I recreated to a painting in . Xx 💫

60 years young today! (But with the added wisdom) 😀Well I think so! Love my girls with all my heart. Thank you for the break in Portugal 🇵🇹 We did a hotel roof top sun pool day, a sand storm beach day, ( sand even in our ears) 🤣 and a storm with trees 🌳 pulled out of their roots 😳, but most importantly we laughed!! I know we all have those times in life when it’s tough, 🤪😕 we’ve probably all had that, but if you can & when you can just Laugh! & turn stuff into Laughter it’s how we survive. Thank you for all my messages on FB X🌈🌻🎂Peace. X

While studying in May of 2016, I took a series of images to document the demolition of Cardiff central. It was a beautiful spring day & the town was bustling and alive! Folk were stopping and talking to me, quite inquisitive, asking what I was doing.

I have more images in this series so I’m going to post them.
My intentions are to return to the same location and area where I shot the photos, and document the changes over the past 7 years! I find it incredible it was all that time ago. It only seems like yesterday.

Development and change can be good from various perspectives. So hopefully a revisit will be fruitful.

The first image is what was left of Boots the chemist.
It will be very interesting to see how the whole area has changed, and developed.
