Olive-green curtains, blush-pink velvet chairs, warm brass finishes and carefully selected artwork come together to create a playful yet balanced space.

A bright contemporary living space where the connection between indoors and outdoors takes centre stage.

The expansive glazing frames a beautiful green outlook, while sunlight creates long, graphic shadows across the timber flooring.

With its restrained palette, carefully chosen furnishings and colourful artwork, the interior feels both contemporary and personal.

Something a little darker for this week’s Photo of the Week.

Photographed at a house in Peckham for Truepenny’s Dulwich Sales, this bedroom immediately stood out for its bold use of dark tones and the personality carried through every detail.

Against the almost monochromatic backdrop, warm light falls across the bed and picks up the vintage furniture, books, artwork and collected objects throughout the room.

A distinctive interior that feels personal, lived-in and completely comfortable with its own style.

As summer draws to a close, this week's Photo of the Week takes us to the Essex coast.

Photographed today at a seaside short-let property in Shoeburyness, this outdoor dining scene was thoughtfully styled by our client, Properties-On-Sea.

From the table set for four to the warm afternoon light passing through the w**e glasses, every detail helps create a sense of what a relaxed coastal stay could feel like.

PHOTO OF THE WEEK | Globe Wharf, Rotherhithe, SE16 📸

A home with a personality all of its own.

Globe Wharf on Rotherhithe Street was originally built as a granary warehouse around 1883 and is now Grade II listed — its industrial heritage still very much part of the character of the building.

Inside, exposed brick and steel provide the backdrop to a wonderfully individual mix of furniture, art and collected objects. A piano, vintage lighting, Persian rugs and a few unexpected characters make this one of those interiors where there is always something else to discover.

PHOTO OF THE WEEK | Sterling Mansions, Leman Street, E1

Sometimes the most striking spaces are the ones between the rooms.

This week’s image takes us away from the apartment itself and into the communal areas of Sterling Mansions on Leman Street.

The combination of rich green tiles, decorative ironwork, strong geometry and natural light gives this staircase a remarkable architectural character — and made it far more than simply a route from one floor to another.
