What a pleasure to be at "Light up a heart" service with Heartbeat on Tuesday evening.

Saturday evening I was at the Leonardo Grand Harbour Hotel in Southampton with the amazing Heartbeat team for the Heartbeat Autumn Ball.
A fabulous evening raising funds for a very worthy cause and the important projects they help fund.

So today I had the great pleasure in capturing the final Tri Series event for the Fitness Hut and LC Fitness
As one competitor had to pull out due to illness it left a team one person down.. so i stepped in and competed in some of the challenges,
Well, i soon learned that this group of people are just amazing, I was pushed to the limit and as I have seem so many times while capturing some of the events, the support and camaraderie from everyone was just inspiring, Lou and her fellow instructors take so much care of those under their supervision.
