It’s been a little quiet on here lately. Wedding season got pretty busy, I managed to squeeze in some time away with the family, and since getting back I’ve been trying to catch up with everything. I’m finally finding a little bit of time to get back on Instagram and share some of the brilliant weddings I’ve photographed over the last couple of months.

Starting with Beth and Tom, they got married and the incredible Beeses in Bristol a few weeks ago and it was nothing short than amazing.

Their story started with a shared love of travel and scuba diving, so it feels only right that their wedding day was just as fun and full of personality.

Summer garden party vibes, a beautiful knot tying ceremony, a boat packed with their favourite people, plenty of pints, glorious sunshine and a whole lot of fun 🫶

Or, as Beth put it:

“BOAT, PINTS, SUN, FUN, MY NEW PERSON.”

And honestly, that sums it up perfectly.

Nothing felt overly formal or staged. It was simply Beth and Tom having the best time with all their favourite people around them, which made it such a brilliant day to photograph.

Beth and Tom, thank you so much for trusting me to capture it all. Choosing only a handful of photographs for this post was almost impossible.

What a beautiful day this was at South Farm in the Hertfordshire, last weekend. It was so good to be back at South Farm, one of my absolute favourite venue to photograph.

This one was absolutely full of warmth, laughter and all the good stuff that makes a wedding feel really special. I always say this, but weddings really are all about the people. The venue, the details, the flowers, they all matter of course, but it’s the people and the connections between them that make the day what it is.

And this one had so much of that. Sophie and Andy brought everyone together from the four corners of the world to celebrate with them, and it was so lovely to see everyone properly present, enjoying the day, laughing, chatting, celebrating and just being in the moment.

It was such a pleasure to photograph such a lovely and relaxed day, and was the perfect setting for it.

Huge congratulations to the happy couple and thanks so much for trusting me to document your big day!

Back again at the beautiful Kingscote Barn, in the Cotswold Hills of Gloucestershire, this week for Renny and Nat’s special, and what a day it was. The weather was playing ball but never lost hope and the gods presented them with the most gorgeous sunset.

A really lovely one to photograph, surrounded by their closest people, lots of laughter, little emotional moments, and that relaxed feeling that makes a wedding day so good to be part of ❤️

Thank you both so much for having me there and trusting me to capture it all for you. It was such a joy to be back at Kingscote Barn for such a brilliant day.

James and Morgan at Clearwell Castle in Gloucestershire. What a day!

These two love birds met in Sites back in 2019, around James’s birthday, in what they described as a bit of a “knight in shining armour” story. Morgan stepped in when a group of guys were causing trouble, and I guess the rest is history.

Their special day was built around the idea of “surprise and delight”, and that really did sum it up. A day full of personality, laughter, emotion, and so much love.

I’ve said it before and I’ll keep saying it, weddings are all about the people. That’s what makes them truly special on their day, I’ve honestly never felt a room so overflowing with love, joy, and genuine connection.

Thank you so much again for trusting in me to capture you big day. It was a true delight to be part of it for you both. It truly was special.

What a wonderful wedding day at Cripps Barn at the Cotswolds, Gloucestershire last weekend with these two lovely humans 🤍

Such a nice day from start to finish. No overthinking, no fuss, just everyone together, lots of laughs, Scottish kilts, a mountain of pick n mix, and a day that felt really true to them.

They met in Wiltshire, got engaged in Mexico with a ring presented under a cake tray because rainy season had other plans, and somehow that tells you everything about them really: relaxed, fun, and not taking it all too seriously.

Olivia and Sandy were an absolute joy to work with and it was one of those weddings that just felt so good to be part of, and an absolute joy to film.

A big thank you to James and the Cripps Barn team for all of their help and make this day unforgettable for the wonderful couple. Always a pleasure to work alongside this dream team:

Bethan and Paul got married last weekend at the stunning Cissbury barns in the heart of South Downs. It was my very first time there and it didn’t disappoint!

From the moment I got there, I could tell that it was going to be an emotional day but also a day full of energy. They were surrounded by the most amazing people bringing the laughs, tears, dance floor vibes! You could tell much they are loved and I was so lucky to be part of their special day.
