Lincolnshire and Cadwell Park favourite Roy Toyne at the Cadwell 90th Anniversary event. A selection of pictures now uploaded. These are all around the Mountain section and paddock. I had a great day reminiscing. There is another folder for my favourite memory of Park Corner. A fitting place to retire........

A selection of action and stills photography. Some fabulous machinery on display and also on track. Certainly took me back to 1966 when I saw the original Honda 6. Now the 10th of 10 George Beale Honda 6 replicas was on display. Part of the fabulous John Chapman Racing stables it could be heard ever...

Whilst it was 90 years for Cadwell it was 60 years attendance for me. Lovely machinery to bring the memories flooding back. Kyle and Sean Ryde made me think of my time there with my Dad whom was resident commentator in the 60's and 70's. The Honda 6 now in the fantastic John Chapman Racing stable of me commentating at Park Corner in 1966 when Mike Hailwood made it's first non GP appearance at Cadwell.
I was just 14 at the time and thought of the great times Charlie Wilkinson gave to Lincolnshire and of the changes I have seen at Cadwell. On Saturday the circuit was in pristine condition so thank you MSV for that.
I've added a photo of a rider who also bought back a few memories. "The Captain" Mark Phillips.

I'm not sure if there are many people on here who enjoy SIM Racing but I Racing have just added Cadwell Park to their list of circuits. Because they will have scanned the track it looks and feels accurate. It even has the new hospitality suite near the assembly area. Something for the winter months???

Just in case you have never seen a British Historic Racing Club event, take a look at some of the diverse range of machinery that was present at their last meeting held on Anglesey during a fabulous weekend last month. As usual the Club plays host to the British Sporting Scooter Organisation (BSSO) who always bring along an enthusiastic group of followers. Laverda are also celebrating an anniversary and will be displaying some of their fabulous bikes. It promises to be a fun filled weekend with a scheduled 36 races and 4 parades. Weather permitting, proceedings should begin at 09.00 hrs each day.
