I specialise in child and family photography in the Skipton, Ilkley and North Leeds areas. I particularly love working outdoors in the lovely surroundings that Yorkshire provides us with as it makes a lovely backdrop for your photos. I provide a friendly but professional service and photo shoots are very relaxed to help capture genuine smiles and make sure that even the most camera shy children ha

ve an enjoyable time. For young babies I'm happy to come to your home instead of the photo shoot taking place outdoors on location. I operate an all-inclusive fixed price of £150 for midweek bookings, or £200 for weekend slots (a £25 supplement applies in the case of Bolton Abbey bookings) so that there are no hidden extras for you at the end of the photo shoot. This price includes both the photo shoot and 15 - 20 carefully edited digital images for your unlimited personal use. Further information and FAQs are available on my website -

Who’s been watching the new series of Educating Yorkshire? 👀

Earlier this year, I had the privilege of photographing Mushy (Musharaf Asghar) at the NSAT Conference, where he shared his inspiring story about self-acceptance, resilience and the difference that great teachers can make. As a photographer, it’s not every day that your photos are shown at the Tate Modern… but today was that day! 🎉

I was incredibly honoured to be commissioned to provide a collection of photos to be used as the backdrop to a keynote speech by Jenn Plews OBE at the opening of the Gathering Ground exhibition. They showcased the incredible Art teaching and learning happening at Skipton Girls’ High School and Willow Tree Primary School, from A-Level Art to primary students sketching taxidermy and printing with flowers.

It’s a bit surreal to think that my photos have been up on a screen at the Tate Modern, even if only for a short time! Definitely not something I ever expected to happen, especially given how bad I was at art when I was at school 😂
