This is a small community in Aduwawa, Edo state Nigeria. It's not uncommon places like this in the metropolitan area of every nook and cranny of the country were makeshift is the very first option for those who can't afford to stay in a more conducive apartment.

As population of this country increases from 140million people approximately in 2006 to over 180million people in 2018 and the continual migration from the rural areas to the urban centers for greener pastures without no plan for proper housing system.

Makeshift stand as the option. @ Aduwawa, Edo, Nigeria

Animal fat especially the one from cattle is a very lucrative business according to Hassan Jibril a 39 old man from sokoto state. He inherited this business from his father.

He has been doing this business for years. According to him animal fat has been a major source of raw materials for the manufacturing of soaps, candle wax and some other industrial products.

According to him the major challenge he faces is the burning process which takes time because he does them locally.

2016 Nikon Photography Summit held in Lagos, Mr Uche James Irhoha during his class showed us a picture of the old oshodi. That inspired me to capture this image of king square. Not quite long we had a change in govt in Edo state that led to the relocation of this bus pack. Looking at this image it's shows were we have been. There's beauty everywhere. Can't wait to show this to the Governor.
