What a beautiful evening a few weeks ago with Lindsey, Charlie and their little girl 🧡

Lindsey and Charlie are the talented duo behind , so of course, they brought along their guitar and filled the meadow with music and singing. It was such a sweet, joyful session and their little girl absolutely loved it.

Lindsey and Charlie won the runners-up family photoshoot in my giveaway earlier this year, and I've actually known Lindsey since our high school days, which made it even more special!

love every second of it! I am not very good with
words but “going to lake to take pictures with our friend Rosie” (and these were Ana’s words) is already a family tradition , we always have beautiful time and get the most gorgeous pictures to cherish forever and this time we got this sweet film during the session (that we did not even noticed was being made)

Another couple I first photographed on their wedding day and now back seeing them again with their newest little one… it never gets old when you first get that email of a couple getting back in touch.

I feel really lucky to be able to step out of my front door and shoot all my family sessions at my local nature reserve. I started doing this after having my daughter, it just made life feel a bit slower and more manageable, and it’s grown into something really special and it means so much that so many of you travel to me, Tammy & Austin came down from Norfolk with their daughter, and others from Essex to the midlands, so thank you for being part of this with me.

I’ve got 5 family sessions left this season (including my competition winner and runners up, so excited for those!).

I’ll definitely be doing another competition when I return! ✨

This is what it’s all about 🌿
Not the perfectly posed kind of photo… but the real, in-between moments. That’s what I’m always drawn to, photographing you as you are, and weaving your stories into photographs that feel like you.

And I know it can feel easier to stay behind the camera, especially as mums. I feel that too sometimes.
But these photos aren’t just for you. They’re for your family. And they won’t see what you see, they’ll just see you, being there with them.

So, a little update from me…

May & June are the final sessions I’ll be photographing before maternity leave. I’m not completely sure when I'll come back, I may reopen for a very limited amount of Autumn sessions, but I'm unsure, so this really is the last chance to book with me for a while. From photographing Kristie and Luke’s intimate wedding day 4 years ago, to a growing bump last autumn, and now… a tiny new little one and Nanny came for some shots too.

Lucy, whose wedding I photographed a few years ago, got in touch about capturing her mum’s 70th, bringing everyone together for an extended family session.

I’m not about everything being perfectly still or perfectly posed- it’s about the connection, and having a gallery that tells your story rather than perfect smiles all looking at the camera.

I’ve had quite a few enquiries for extended family sessions recently, and it honestly means a lot to be trusted with something like this.

I’m now fully booked for summer, but I’m opening up space for just 4 more sessions before I head into maternity leave, so I can give each gallery the time it deserves.

Extended family shoot the other week with a family I’ve been photographing for the past 5 years 🥰 it always feels really special being invited back.

I’ve actually just delivered another extended family gallery today too, something so lovely about getting everyone together and capturing generations together
