Nothing beats weathered stone, uneven cobbles and little corners that have stood quietly watching life go by for generations 🤎

Even a Jarl needs an Argo's Bakery pie for their lunch! 🥧

Wait, 1,800 people?! 🤯

When i logged in last night i saw we had hit a huge milestone - I’m genuinely amazed that so many of you enjoy seeing Orkney through my lens! I started this page just to share my photos and to see this page grow like this is surreal to me.

For anyone who’s new here, I’m Sarah - I’ve lived in Orkney all of my life, i'm a wife, mum to two boys and i'm a self-taught hobby photographer. I picked up a camera or more than likely my phone camera about 12 years ago and completely fell in love with taking photos. Now, i can't step out of the house without taking photos along the way!

If you've followed for a while, thank you for sticking with us - i'd love to hear where you are all following from and if you have a photo - even better 🤩
