Too many men and boy's don't talk about battling depression because society has taught us to man up, or not to show weakness. Mental health doesn't care how tough you look on the outside. One thing that can help though, is exercise, boxing, running etc. It has many proven benefits, and has pulled me back from the depths many times.
I am creating a go-fund me this evening, going to the top of Snowdon and down at night, with the money going towards mental health and su***de prevention. LINK is now below. Please donate anything you can.

Anthony Booth Photography's new page since my last one of 10+ years was hacked along with all my reviews. Anyway, onwards and upwards. I've met so many wonderful people and created so many lovely, lasting memories over the years. It's been my pleasure to provide this and it will always be my passion.
