I’m now taking commissions for both traditional-style illustrations and digital paintings - whether it’s a much-loved pet, a special portrait or something completely personal to you.

Every piece is created with plenty of time, detail and character… although Frank may be questioning my artistic choices at this stage 😂

Today’s unexpected countryside adventure 😂🌾

I set off determined to get some photos of the pheasants… and somehow ended up feeling like Countryfile and The Blair Witch Project had a baby (check out my latest video!)

Lots of wandering, hiding in hedges, questionable route choices and me creeping around the countryside with a camera - but I did eventually get the shots. 📸

Proof that sometimes the best little adventures are the completely unplanned ones.

First time in a while I’ve attempted a portrait in this style. ✏️🖤

Is it perfect? Nope. But considering how long it’s been, I’m actually pretty pleased with how she turned out.

Sometimes creating isn’t about chasing perfection - it’s about picking up the pencil, challenging yourself and seeing what happens.

I think it’s officially time to put the pencil down though 😂 and move on to the next project…

I’ve reached that point where the best thing I can do is put the pencils down and come back with fresh eyes tomorrow.

She’s getting there, but there’s still plenty of hair, shading and tiny details to tackle before Dolly is finished. 🤍

For tonight though… she can rest, and so can I 😂

Monday update ☕️✨

Today is being fuelled almost entirely by coffee and creative chaos. I’m spending the day drawing, planning what’s next for my businesses and generally attempting to turn the approximately 847 ideas in my head into something vaguely organised. 😂

I’ve got a care shift tonight, so until then I’m back at the drawing board trying to get Dolly looking a little more like Dolly before I have to put the pencils down.

Copious amounts of caffeine may be required. 🤎✏️
