Tucked behind towering trees, this grand Victorian beauty could easily pass for a LUXURY HOTEL or even a PRISON! Depends on your viewpoint.

From its Birkdale College roots to its current life as the General Register Office, it’s a building worth celebrating, especially with its potential closure looming. Could it become a boutique hotel? Or could it carry on as it is?

We think more guided tours could spark community love and help shape its future.
