The moments I’ll always be drawn to aren’t usually the carefully posed ones.

They’re the hugs at the finish line. The smiles shared between friends. The relief, the pride, the celebrations and the quiet moments in between.

Photographing the Haven House Children’s Hospice Sparkle Walk was a reminder that every person taking part had their own story, their own reason for being there, and their own connection to the cause.

Those real moments of support, encouragement and togetherness are what I love capturing. Not creating moments, just noticing them.

Thank you to everyone who let me quietly follow along and tell a small part of the story.
