Capturing properties digitally requires equal effort regardless of size. Recently, I photographed a property well over 5000sq feet internally, and another, more modest in size. Both required careful attention to detail to meet the client's expectations.

Run-down buildings, often left empty for years, due to being uninhabited, subject to probate or other reasons can be found in many streets, their once lived in interiors now worn, rundown and weathered. However, for property photographers, these neglected buildings present an opportunity to capture unique and often haunting images. With a keen eye for detail and composition, photographers can aid the promotion of these dilapidated space, creating images, video and virtual tours. These images are then used to market the properties for sale or auction, highlighting their potential for renovation and redevelopment. By showcasing the buildings' gritty, abandoned potential, photographers can help attract investors and developers who see the potential for transformation and renewal, ultimately giving these run-down buildings a new lease on life. We get a variety of products in the studio, and we recently were asked to create several interactive 360-degree views of brick slips, which are used to replicate the appearance of modern clay facing brick walls, both internally and externally.

The client wanted their customers to be able to see all around the product, and that’s what we delivered, after all, it is claimed that customers will stay for SIX times longer and sales conversion rates are up to 30% higher with 3D views, with return of unwanted item rates minimised, all due to a greater understanding of the product, through imagery!

Another mobility product to be captured and turned into a 360-degree interactive view. It wasn’t the largest item I have ever turned into a 360, but its up there with the best! Recently we were at Polesworth in Warwickshire.

A property has just been completed and is awaiting the new owners to move in.

We documented the interiors and exteriors for the client for their future reference, along with an aerial view of the house and surroundings.

It’s not all e-commerce photography!

Ozzy the dog wanted his image captured for his owners as a Christmas present, so he got the owners mom (Sue) to sort it out!

I’ve got to say a change is as good as a rest, and I really enjoyed doing something that I haven’t done for a while, and an hour on the common was fun if not a bit chilly!
