🚲 The Exhibition is open too so pop in and have a look! 🚲

The Tour of Britain is coming through Sledmere tomorrow!

Stage Three of the Tour of Britain comes through Sledmere on Friday 4th September, and if you’re coming along to watch, you’re very welcome to use our car park.

Park up, grab a coffee or something to eat and then head out to find a spot to watch the riders come through.

Our Farm Shop, including our dog-friendly coffee shop, will be open from 8.30am, with the Coach House Café open from 10am.

We’re absolutely overwhelmed to say that over 28,000 people have now visited Elise’s Photography Exhibition. 🖼📸
When we first opened the doors, we could never have imagined just how many people would come to see Elise’s beautiful photographs and support something that means so much to us.
To every single person who has walked through the door, bought a photograph or card, told someone else about the exhibition, shared our posts, or simply taken the time to stop and look at Elise’s work — thank you🙏
Every visit and every kind word means more to us than we could ever properly put into words. Knowing that Elise’s photography is being seen, enjoyed and appreciated by so many people is incredibly special.

🩷💜August 18th will always be a difficult day.It was 3 years yesterday since we lost our Elise 💔
Its difficult knowing how the 'day' will feel.I always imagine its going to be the hardest day,but the reality is usually different.
Every day can be the hardest day,and everyday is different,depending on what you are doing,what memories spring to mind-the music you hear or the people you see.
We had a day away from the farm and went to York.Of course we had to have a Macdonalds and chicken nuggets in her memory-they were her favourite!🍟
Countless times we commented 'Elise would like this' or Elise's favourite!'
So although we shed a few tears we relived lots of happy memories.
This morning in the Exhibition,I was given a lovely surprise from a friend of Elise’s,a beautiful bunch of yellow roses,so thank you Hannah that was very kind 💛

🦉Barn owls have incredibly sensitive hearing and can even detect the tiby sounds of a mouse beneath the snow,thanks to one of the best hearing systems in the animal kingdom🦉
