The owner and architect, Neil Dawson contacted me and has offered me the unique opportunity to capture this project on each of the milestones. In this video, internal concrete walls are being completed to reinforce the structure, in readiness for the steel framework to be installed.

A short drone video of The Concourse Shopping Centre in Skelmersdale.

The Concourse opened in 1973, created as part of Skelmersdale’s New Town town-centre development, and it went on to replace Sandy Lane as the main shopping area.
Locals still call it “the Connie” — a proper landmark in the centre of town.
