Just checking in on my followers. Thank you for your continued support of my page. Now, it has been 17 months since my camera was confiscated for reasons that I will not disclose. Still, it amounts to a blatant misunderstanding or disregard for the facts and has wrongly deprived me of one of the few things that has ever given me pleasure in life, especially in recent times. I truly appreciate each and every one of you for your continued support, and I hope to be sharing my work with you again shortly.

Now dwarfed amongst the imposing metropolis of modern London, Lesnes Abbey in Abbey Wood, gives a hint of the ancient history of the area amongst the remains of a once-flourishing abbey. Founded in 1178 during the reign of King Henry II. The abbey, like so many monastic establishments throughout England, was dissolved and demolished mainly during the reign of King Henry VIII in 1536, an act of unjustifiable vandalism in my opinion.
