As a professional photographer, there are moments when you’re simply creating… and then there are moments when a venue stops you in your tracks.

Walking through its historic rooms felt like stepping back in time, yet there was a quiet authority to the space.
𝘏𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘨𝘦. 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿. Presence.
There was one room in particular. It had something.
I didn’t just see it. 𝗜 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝗶𝘁.
To most, it might be just a picture but to me, it’s a scene. A story. A fully formed narrative waiting to unfold. My mind instantly ran wild with cinematic possibilities, almost a Downton Abbey style vision, layered with drama, elegance, and atmosphere.
In that short window, ideas came faster than time would allow and that’s the beauty of it.
If I can see it, it’s going on camera.
And I love when that instinct takes over.
Beyond the visuals, the experience was complete..
The luxury hotel setting, exceptional food, and carefully curated wines elevated the day even further.
Chilston Park isn’t just a venue; it’s an experience, and one that’s a dream to photograph & video.
When I bring my first cinematic short to life in the future.. This.. This really would be a perfect place.
A truly beautiful location. A very good day.
