The winners of round three (2026) of the Photographers Keeping it Real awards are here!

A huge congratulations to all the winners and all the highly commended! Thanks to the judges who had a really difficult time picking through so many amazing images. Less than 5% of entries won an award so it was a very hard round.

It was amazing to welcome the tattooed legend of wedding photography to the podcast.

We cover a whole range of topics from business to creativity, a vegas elopement, gangster salesmen and of course, as it’s Chris, his usual controversial takes on things.

Chris has years of experience and makes some amazing points that I have already looked at implementing in my own business.

A huge thanks to Chris for his time and all his knowledge.

New for the 2026 awards… the Photographers Keeping it Real highly recommended awards. Celebrating those images chosen by one judge in the round.

An amazing collection of images in themselves and just shows the level it takes to win a PKIR award.

We love being able to celebrate images that resonated with one judge. Well done to all the winners.

We absolutely love this image by .leephotography 👏

Photographers Keeping it Real is honoured to announce a new sponsorship with UK album company

With over 75 years experience providing exceptional quality services to the photographic industry, Digitalab is a third-generation family run enterprise with a remarkable team at the core.

Every product is meticulously handcrafted right here in the North East of England.

Scott has personally visited the Digitalab factory, met the team and uses the products in his own photography business. PKIR only partners with truly great businesses that support photographers and we can’t wait to work with Digitalab for this years awards.

More announcements soon but Digitalab will be offering print credit to the overall winner and runner up for the awards in 2026 and a new ‘judges choice’ award.

Thanks again to the whole team at Digitalab for the support.
