I’m thrilled that months of work with the .caa has paid off, with our new Operational Authorisation permitting sub-250g outdoor drone flights over crowds - coupled with our existing extended OA permitting drone flights to 1,000 feet height instead of the usual 400 feet, this literally transforms our offering to clients.
Our new OA is the first of its kind to be issued in the UK, & covers Mini drones as well as FPV, so we’re able to achieve shots we could only dream about during the tour last year, & now possible as part of our work with filming their drone displays.
An exciting summer ahead, in stadiums & at outdoor music festivals & events, in addition to our usual film, TV & infrastructure work :)
