A little something different…
During my sessions on 25/07, I got a bit experimental with my new equipment and decided to try something I'd been excited to learn... backlit portrait photography.
Instead of lighting the faces, the light comes from behind the subjects, creating a beautiful silhouette that focuses entirely on shape, connection and emotion. 💚
I absolutely adore how this image turned out. There's something so timeless about stripping away the distractions and letting the bond between a parent and their little one tell the whole story.
No forced smiles, no props stealing the attention—just love. 🧸🎈

It was such a privilege to capture these precious first memories for your family.

We took everything at her pace, keeping her cosy, comfortable and settled throughout. Every tiny yawn, delicate finger and peaceful moment is a reminder of just how incredible these early days are.

Thank you to your wonderful family for trusting Hundred Acre Moments with such precious memories. Wishing you a lifetime of love, happiness and cuddles together.

Mummy had never had a photograph of all three of her babies together before, so being trusted to capture this moment was such a privilege. 🥹

And honestly, my favourite part might just be little sister looking up at her siblings with so much love. 🥰
Those tiny moments of connection are exactly why I love what I do — because sometimes the simplest photographs hold the biggest memories.

Okay, so… here I am taking a bathroom selfie 💁🏻‍♀️😂

Not exactly the professional photographer headshot I had in mind… but when you’re busy photographing everyone else, sometimes you’ve got to work with what you’ve got. 🤣📸

And actually, this was taken whilst I was photographing a wedding!💍

“A” was an absolute bundle of joy from start to finish, happily exploring (and tasting! 😂) all of the props set up around him.

Watching his gallery come together has been so exciting — and honestly, breathtaking!
