Well, I'm over a quarter of the way through processing the wedding from 3 weeks ago - stinking cold this weekend has slowed my planned progress, but at least I've made some progress :-)

Can't share much as the bride and groom haven't seen them yet - but here's one of the very beautiful bride with her garter :-)

2103 photos in one day! - I think that's a new personal record - am sure the last wedding I did was only around 1000 pics. I really don't know how I manage to take soooooooooooo many - going to take some time to get through them all methinks

Out with the cameras tomorrow - and hopefully the weather will be similar to today...my third time photographing a wedding, and the first one in a church - looking forward to it :-)

Wire Tailed Swallows on a jetty in SA - taken 4 weeks ago tomorrow (not that I'm counting or anything...!)

So...time for the first photo from my trip to SA...and I bet this isn't what any of you were expecting as the first one, but I've decided to post in chronological order.

Left the UK 3 Feb and arrived in SA 4 Feb; didn't use the DSLR until 8 Feb as was spending time with family and then travelling down to St Lucia, KZN.
For our first full day in the resort we decided to do a boat cruise to see hippos and crocs (although crocs were rather elusive as it was nesting season). Got on the boat, took camera out of bag and got it set up ready...then spotted these on the jetty just as we were about to cast off...
