We will be meeting on Tuesday 8th September outside The Granville Theatre in Ramsgate at 18:30. This is a slow, conversational paced run for everyone of all abilities; everyone is welcome to come along and run towards a healthier mind!

✅ To ensure the safety of our club and to keep the group together, we will be running and ‘’looping back’’ during this run. Runners at the front and middle of the group will turn and return behind the back marker of the group. We will loop back approximately every 1.5km ✅

We would love to see as many of you there as possible, so please share with your friends and click attending if you are planning to come along and run with us!

We will be meeting on Sunday 6th September at Rise & Bun in Margate at 08:30. This is a conversational paced morning long run.

This club run will be followed by a social gathering held at Rise & Bun at 10:00AM for buns, refreshments and good vibes; with an exclusive OverRun member discount! 💚❤️

This run does not have a specific route as this will be decided on the day. It is important you stick with the run leader at all times ensuring nobody gets left behind.

OverSnowdon ⛰️💚

Team OverRun spent the bank holiday weekend in Wales taking on Snowdon! We took the Pyg Track on the ascent and split into two groups, one taking the Miners Track and the other the Llanberris Path for the descent!

Hiking is a great way to get outdoors with your friends to make memories, all whilst improving your mental wellness! 💚
