Early morning on the steps of the US Postal Service building, the guy by the columns asked for a photo! As an English man in New York it was sad to see the high number of homeless and mentally ill people in the city, and couldn't help but wonder what a public health service like the NHS could do to help these poor people.

No, they haven't been naughty, they're whispering to their friends in the opposite corners - the Whispering Gallery in Grand Central Station has an almost magical acoustic phenomenon that allows whispers to be heard in the corners of the arches.
