Ahoy mateys! Did you know the Spice Island Inn was established as early as the 1700s? According to folklore, it was one of three smugglers’ pubs and if you roamed these parts during Nelson’s time, you may have been press-ganged to join the navy! Now days, it’s a lovely spot to spend summer evenings watching the boats come in and out of the harbour.
