We've made a few orders this week that were custom made and unfortunately never collected. This not only leaves us out of pocket, but also takes up a lot of time and preparation behind the scenes.
As every creation is handmade and made to order, we will now be taking a 50% non-refundable deposit on all orders going forward. Deposits can be made via bank transfer or PayPal (Friends & Family).
It’s sad that we’ve had to introduce this, but we hope you understand and appreciate the support for our small business 🤍
