One question people wonder is why I don’t photograph dogs in a more traditional “fine art” style.
To me dogs aren’t fine art paintings - Dogs are muddy paws, wonky ears, zoomies, tongue-out grins, sandy noses, excited tail wags and those little quirks that make us laugh every single day.
Of course I love creating beautiful portraits, but what I love even more is capturing who your dog really is. The way they look at their favourite toy. The way they sprint towards you on the beach. The cheeky expressions. The moments that make you say, “That’s so them.”
Years from now, I don’t just want you to remember what your dog looked like. I want you to remember their personality, their habits, their silliness and everything that made them uniquely yours.
For me, those real moments will always be more valuable than perfection. 🐾❤️
