It's very blowy today here in Poole ...and very wet 😂 can't moan though ..we had a super Summer .. and we need the rain 🌧 💙 plus makes it feel very Autumnal now doesn't it!

Had a lovely time in Weymouth on Saturday .we were lucky with the weather too

It's a duvet day off today and I am really relishing doing absolutely nothing apart from watching movies and having some treats!

Happy Friday ❤️

What a fantastic night last night (much needed!) I'm sure you all remember our beautiful Bev from Bev's Beach Houses ..Bev and her lovely hubbie Steve were in my next of the woods this week for a mini break away.. we met up last night..we did (well tried to 😂) a Haunted Pub Crawl in Poole with goodie bags I made up for us all. It was fantastic seeing them and we had a great time.

Below are a few pics of our night 😍

I'm on annual leave until Tuesday, unfortunately our plans for this weekend were cancelled last week, so me and Simon thought sod it let's book a last minute night away just the two of us to Weymouth Saturday ...so we have! Really looking forward to it.

I think at some point we have all felt like things have gotten too much and you feel alone, falling into that horrible dark hole..I certainly have, and not embarrassed to admit that, and this week I felt myself going that way again, I could see the signs, but I'm not alone I have friends who do care and a husband who is the most supportive husband in the world and don't forget it's always better to speak to people about it ❤️ don't bottle things up, I tend to do this, but I'm getting better at speaking out now.

Happy Friday Everyone ❤️

Not going to lie this week has been a tough one to muster with a lot happening at once. I won't go into any of it but just glad it's my weekend now.

Pic of me doing my crosstrainer/bike this morning. Planning to have a walk later this afternoon too ( hopefully won't be raining)

Plans this weekend ... my flu jab tomorrow (exciting stuff 😂) and some walks/crosstrainer workouts that's about it...oh and the obligatory movie night with homemade 🍕 tomorrow 😍

Next week I am really looking forward to from Thursday onwards... our beautiful Bev from Bev's Beach Houses is spending a few days down in my home town and we are meeting up Thursday early evening for a mini haunted pub crawl round Poole ( which Simon is putting together) and a huge massive catch up and lots of hugs! Can't bloody wait ❤️

Anyway enough of me blabbering and making you feel sick seeing me with no make up on 😂😂 have a super weekend and I hope you are all okay, I know we all have really s**t weeks, good weeks, great weeks, tough weeks etc so let's get through the bad ones together 😘
