Bluebell season is nearly over! 🌿💜

We’ve got one more weekend of these beautiful flowers (I suspect!) before they disappear for another year. If you’ve been thinking about a woodland session with your dog, or just your dog, now’s the moment to grab it before the bluebells bow out.

I’ve got a couple of slots open next weekend, plus a few weekday evening sessions from 5pm. Perfect golden-hour light, happy dogs, and a woodland carpet of bluebells, what more could we want?

Emma and her gorgeous girl Bella shared the most tender moments during their Fur & Faces photoshoot, surrounded by a dreamy sea of bluebells 💜 Bella is 14 years young and truly the prettiest little lady. Wise, gentle and completely adored.

You can see just how much Emma loves her, and Bella clearly loves her just as much. Every cuddle and little nose kiss says it all 🐾

Fourteen years of love and still the sweetest girl in the bluebells. What a special bond to capture 📸💙

My heart is so incredibly full after spending time with these two beautiful souls, Jax and Mabel. 💜

From the moment they arrived, they were nothing short of magical in the bluebells. Two little faces peeking through a sea of purple, looking completely at home in their woodland kingdom. Honestly, it felt like stepping into a storybook.

Watching them together, noses twitching in the bluebells, leaning into their humans, and giving me those beautiful, soulful eyes was one of those sessions that quietly fills your heart to the brim.

Jax and Mabel, you were absolute little stars today. Thank you for letting me capture a tiny piece of your magic. ✨

Absolutely blown away by this photoshoot! ✨📸

This incredible lady didn’t just turn up looking amazing — she made the entire costume herself, and honestly… how stunning does she look?! The detail, the creativity, the confidence, everything about this shoot was just brilliant.

From the soft pink tones to those cheeky little horns and the sweetest mischievous vibe, she absolutely brought the character to life. It’s always such a joy photographing people who put so much heart and creativity into what they do.

Thank you for trusting me to capture your vision. You absolutely smashed it and the camera loved every second of it! 💕

Milo the Cocker Spaniel arrived at his bluebell photoshoot today ready for his moment of fame 📸🌸

First there was the very important sniffing of every single bluebell. Health and safety inspection obviously 👃🌸

Then the posing began. Head tilt. Fluffy ears. Serious model face. Casual looking into the distance like he had deep thoughts about biscuits. Honestly such a fluffy professional.

We had about half an hour before the heavens opened and the rain absolutely soaked us ☔😂 but Milo worked the camera like a star and we still got some beautiful shots.

Well done Milo you gorgeous little supermodel 🐾✨

If you’re on the lookout for a peaceful getaway where your dogs can live their best lives and you can pretend you’re a relaxed, put-together adult for once, Dale View Barn is the holy grail. Honestly, the place is so tranquil you half expect a spa soundtrack to start playing as you pull up. And with their award winning hospitality, you basically feel like you’re checking into the countryside version of a five-star hotel... but with more mud and significantly cuter guests.

The barn itself is gorgeous and so comfy you’ll seriously contemplate faking a flat tyre just to stay an extra night. The Lincolnshire scenery is next-level lovely, the walks are stunning, and you’re only half an hour from the coast, which is ideal if your dogs enjoy dramatic, slow-motion beach runs like they’re filming a shampoo advert.

We’re heading home today, tragically, but we’re already locked in for next year because our girls have decided this is their holiday cottage now. Massive thank you to Lynne and Andy for another ridiculously relaxing stay. We’ve been spoiled to the point where regular life feels personally offensive.

Meet Daisy and Jess, two rescue dogs with hearts as big as a Sunday roast and personalities as different as a shepherd’s pie and a cheeky pint. 🍻🐾 First up — Daisy. Sweet, anxious Daisy, who views “new people” like they’re auditioning for a spy thriller. 🕵️‍♀️ She gives them the side-eye like, “Are you here to nick my treats?” 🍪 But after a few soft words, some cheeky treats, and realising the camera’s just a fan with a clicky bit, she absolutely nailed her walk. 🚶‍♀️✨ By the end, she was practically strutting down the runway — ears up, tail wagging, giving us her best “I’m pretending to be relaxed, but I totally deserve a medal” face. 🎖️🌼 Daisy, you absolute legend.

Now, onto Jess — Daisy’s total opposite and possibly fueled by ten double espressos and a handful of biscuits. ☕💥 Jess entered the scene like a tornado of excitement, shouting, “HI! I’M JESS! I’VE GOT MORE ENERGY THAN A BORDER COLLIE ON A Caffeine Bender! WATCH ME GO!” 🏃‍♀️💨 She zoomed, she posed, she zoomed again, and somehow looked like a model while mid-air. Trying to photograph Jess was like trying to catch lightning in a jar… with a broken camera. But honestly, the madness was brilliant fun. ⚡🐕

Together, Daisy and Jess show that rescue dogs come in all kinds of fabulous — from the cautious thinkers to the full-throttle adventurers. Both as lovable as a freshly baked scone. Both stars, but in their own very special ways. ⭐📸
