This video is from my 1st year final major project at college which is called “Plana Terra”. The projects theme was environments for which I chose to focus on the Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire fens with the river systems, pumping stations and flood plains. I chose to do this as I live within this area and I wanted to learn more about the area I live in.
Throughout this project, I have aimed to create work which has a calming and tranquil feel to it which ranges from the style of videography to the subject matter to the music. Thanks to the talented Copland, he has helped me to convey this by writing and producing the soundtrack behind this video.
