Why are the bloopers my favourite?

As cute as the “normal” pictures are — and the ones that might end up framed on the wall — it’s the bloopers that you always go back to and laugh at.. and show to all your friends.

Some of us have had a very long summer... 🌿🐴

One of the ponies was a little footy at the end of spring, which unfortunately turned into box rest and an EMS diagnosis. Since then, it's been a slow and steady road—careful management, limited grass time and gradually building things back up.

This week they finally got a bit more freedom. Not quite full days out in the field yet, but enough to stretch their legs, have a roll, getting muddy and hopefully not breaking through any fences into the longer grass!

Safe to say they were pretty happy about it.

Summer is a great time to get out and capture some memories with your pets. 📸

Earlier this summer, I headed out on a little adventure with Alfie the Westie and his owner. We went for a relaxed walk, giving him plenty of time to explore while I captured his (rather large) personality.

The best part of these sessions is taking photos of simple, genuine moments and your pets just enjoying themselves in an environment that's familiar to them.

Almost feels like Spring time—until the weather turns again! One moment we’re enjoying sunshine, and the next, we are snowing. (Would you believe these photos are all within 48 hours) ☀❄

BUT it does bring one of my favourite times of the year, with nice lighting, everything going green again and the daffodils, tulips, and soon bluebells.
