Do you know what a Fogou is?

These ancient structures were built hundreds, thousands of years ago and their original use has been lost in the mists of time.

This particular Fogou has a gravity and magic that I’d read about in a book before but never experienced before, but I’d always wanted to go.

The fact that my first introduction to this Fogou thanks to Anna of was to capture these magical humans was beyond perfect 💫.

Here are some photos of our Fogou shoot of aka - an impish pixie whose enthusiasm and unguarded playfulness was such a pleasure to capture on camera. She’s a wizardess of movement, dance and transformation. I recommend you check out what’s shes up to on her pages. 💫
