It's that time of year again! School photo season 🙈

I know how frustrating it is when that official picture doesn't capture your child's amazing personality, or if they missed the official picture time entirely.

If you received photos you weren't happy with, I'm offering private retake sessions, conveniently based in Nottingham.

Forget forced smiles and awkward lighting. Let's get a genuine, beautiful portrait you'll actually want to frame.

➡️ Your Portrait Retake Session Includes:

A relaxed, 15-minute one-on-one session where we focus on getting a real smile.

You'll get a Proof Gallery of beautiful images to choose from.

Prints and digital packages available (starting at £15 for a digital image).

The best part? You just book your spot directly with me—no need to coordinate with any large organization.

Ready for a redo?

Get in touch and let's get you booked in.

P.S. Know a parent whose kid was blinking in their official picture? Tag them! 😉

There’s something about black and white.

Take away the colour and suddenly, you notice everything else.

The expression.
The movement.
The tension.
The quiet moments.
The details you might otherwise overlook.

Black and white photography has a way of simplifying an image while somehow making the emotion feel stronger. There’s nowhere for colour to hide behind — just light, shadow, texture and the story unfolding in front of the lens.

Looking through these images, from moments of strength and competition to vulnerability, concentration and connection, I’m reminded why I love shooting in monochrome.

Sometimes removing colour doesn’t take something away.

It reveals what was there all along.

I had the best time capturing the Unites Dance Show last week. Every single dancer brought so much talent and energy to the stage, making it an absolute joy to photograph. 📸✨

Huge congratulations to everyone for their gradings at the Roll Deep Academy 5th Anniversary!

Capturing all the raw emotion behind these milestones is always a massive privilege.

Seeing everyone level up and put in the hard work year after year is something special. Thank you for letting me document the journey.
