✨ Experience Shamballa Healing with Ellie from Body Soul Alignment ✨

The amazing Ellie from .soul.alignment is offering Shamballa Multi-Dimensional Healing and chakra realignment sessions every Thursday at UrbanKeltic Coffee Shop (check her socials for timings).

I popped along last Thursday for a session—and it was exactly what I needed. The healing felt deeply grounding, revitalising, and energetically spot on.

I first met Ellie at Bunny’s last year when I was already trained in Reiki and searching for the right person to guide me through Level 2. We met purely by chance, but I’m convinced it was divinely timed. ✨

Ellie introduced me to Shamballa Multi-Dimensional Healing, which really resonated with me—especially as someone who believes we all have a guardian angel.

Since then, I’ve trained with Ellie in Shamballa Level 1, which I’ve been using regularly in my own practice. I’m now looking forward to Level 2 this September, which deepens the healing experience even more.

And yes… I may have cheekily snapped a photo of Ellie in her element while I was there 📸💫 She radiates such beautiful, calming energy—it was impossible not to!

There are still a few spaces left for upcoming sessions and the September training, but they’re likely to fill fast. If this kind of healing is calling to you, don’t wait too long to reach out.

It was a privilege to photograph the very talented self taught Nottingham Artist Pete Spowage.

Pete provides his clients with bespoke pieces of art and commissions which are unique. Each one has its own meaning. It was a great insight into his art and business.

Pete also has a passion for helping others and runs a charity in Africa, which helps with building houses/getting water to land/visiting orphanages with supplies of food amongst other amazingly kind acts.

How gorgeous is all the cherry blossom on the tree's at the minute?

I love this time of year I literally just want to walk around with my camera attached to my hip permenantly. 🌳

This image was taken last year during our one hour Lockdown walk. 📸

My son used to always bring me flowers, on every walk. 🌸

I truly believe kids are very connected with nature from the minute they are born. ❤️
